RenameStatement doesn't build()

When trying to convert a RenameStatement to a string representation the result is empty.

RENAME TABLE `tech_schedule` TO `tech_schedule_old`

I copied the new build function over into my environment and this seems to work as expected now. I'll be waiting for a tagged release. Thanks!
