Update repository "About" text?

Hi! I noticed that the "About" text for the repository might cause some PHP 8 users to look elsewhere before they learn that it does support PHP 8.

> An extension providing efficient data structures for PHP 7

Perhaps this could be updated in some way to reflect its ongoing support for recent PHP versions, e.g. "for PHP 7+" or "for modern PHP"?
