Publish to NPM

It would be great if this were published to NPM (probably as react-core), so it would be easily installable with NPM when using Browserify. The name in package.json should be changed before publishing, since NPM only allows lowercase names. react-core is currently available on NPM.

I could publish it for you if you want me to.

@conradz there's a few issues we'd prefer to resolve before doing that. See facebook/react#442 and the PR it links to for more info.

Cool, that would be great to have it maintained/supported from the main React repo. Was looking before for information on this, but couldn't seem to find it.

Our issues are basically that we want to support as many packaging solutions as possible, need to support multiple platform configurations, and we want to support stripping parts of code in production. It's complicated :)
