Implement fluid viewport

One comment I've heard a lot of is that the viewport functionality locks the iframe at the initial viewport width. That prevents people from resizing the browser and having the iframe update inside.

I just corrected this for ish., so we just need to roll in that code into styleguide.js (or better yet, separate that functionality out of that file.
