Migrate installationId from objc SDK

Can migrate the installationId from the iOS Objective-C SDK by initializing with migrateFromObjcSDK = true.

• Add ability to migrate installationId
• Pass ParseConfiguration during SDK initialization
• Added ability to update certificate pinning authorization callback after SDK has been initialized
• Update docs
• Add tests cases
