API docs not up to date

https://parseplatform.org/Parse-SDK-Android/api/ shows it was last generated for Parse 1.17; the latest release version is 1.25.

It would be good to get the API docs back in action. It was removed in #855, I imagine that it was removed by mistake or wasn't working. cc @Jawnnypoo

Would you be willing to make a PR for this? - I can generate a GitHub token for travis (or GitHub actions/any other ci).
