Description
Considering the target demographic is noobie users, definitely need a step after initially creating an account to show what things are for what, as well as a detailed security overview.
I think for the 'tutorial' it'd just look like a Feature Tour overlay, like http://tracelytics.github.io/pageguide/ or http://linkedin.github.io/hopscotch/
