Feature Request: Macro Expansion Preview

Xcode can show the generated code that a macro creates by right clicking and choosing "Expand Macro". I'm not sure if this is possible through the LSP or not but I found some discussion of it [here](https://github.com/apple/sourcekit-lsp/issues/755) and it looks like it might be?
