Upcoming release notes

Release notes are always a bit tedious to cobble together from merged PRs, especially when the last release has been a while.
After merging a PR we should simply add the related release note to this issue so that for a release, the responsible developer only has to Ctrl+X out (and copy the release notes for beta as "upcoming" for stable once they diverge again)

Server:

- Features

+ Fixed server sending out a leave notification when you leave as a spectator which in some cases caused the game to inform you that you left a room but you already knew that much - Endaris
+ Fixed an issue in which the server could duplicate part of bigger messages, causing a disconnect in rare cases - JamBox

This is released now, do we just clear this and keep it around?

Yeah, that was the idea
Every time we merge something to beta we update it so that whoever makes a release doesn't have to search around to come up with patch notes. That way the burden of releasing a new version is a bit lighter.
