doc/source/whatsnew/vX.X.X.rstfile if fixing a bug or adding a new feature.AGENTS.md.Yak-shaving towards #63275. Implementing that directly breaks tests for pydatetime + pd.Timedelta, which this fixes. This will address the large majority of cases in #53643, so could close it, but users will still get silent incorrect results if they have extremely large Timedeltas.
