There is only one regression: withPathsAndNestedBaseUrl, it seems oxc-resolver does not use baseUrl as default alias. See also import-js/eslint-import-resolver-typescript#68

This is a feature request which hopes the correct project been used, but it could slow down the performance due to tsconfig resolving.

I'll stick on get-tsconfig for this part.
