Edit: CI still not happy. I think that the nodejs docker image should have nodejs 18.17.1 and https://github.com/stylelint/stylelint-config-standard/blob/main/package.json has:

Investigated: the issue behind is that we have an old gulp version that blocks required dependency updates for this PR. This needs a deeper investigation if solvable, also see #792
