Based on the videos, R2's turning radius should be 0m (turns on the spot)

Other than the small note I made on R2's turning radius, looks good to me. I'll re-target to a feature release branch so I can resolve conflicts with some other notes I made in |

Thank you. You can set the turning radius to 0. It's my fault that I
thought the radius was half length of the robot.

New test links are added to specifications.md and motion parameters in spawner.rb are changed according to specifications.md.
These pull request is for both DS1 and R2.
