@m3d This PR resolves all of the issues with the exception of the vehicle endurance on the BatteryPlugin. Experimentally, the vehicle ceases to operate after 30 minutes (see screenshot below) which differs from the stated submission endurance of 240 minutes.

Note: Debug output regarding the BatteryPlugin can be viewed by launching with verbose flags set -- i.e. ign launch -v 4 cave_circuit.ign .....

OK, thanks - we changed the power_load to reflect much longer durability.

The updated power_load solved the issue.
