#65 still occurs and is very annoying because it doesn't mess up the whole file contents. So it might not mess up the part of the code I'm working on and then 10 minutes later I might scroll down and see the mess it has created.

Instead of closing as non-reproducible, please provide me with instructions on how to help you reproduce, so this can actually be fixed.

I'm encountering this issue too.

By the way, the problem is more severe when using generative AI completion (e.g. GitHub Copilot).
