Run metadata tests with `-H:+ThrowMissingRegistrationErrors`.

To allow for a better user experience in Native Image, we are currently working on -H:+ThrowMissingRegistrationErrors. We eventually want to turn it on by default. Before that can happen, we need to run the metadata tests in this repo with the flag. This will also allow the Spring team to test out the new mode.

Does resolving the current issue mean providing GraalVM Reachability Metadata for Junit first? I will say that I was surprised to see in apache/shardingsphere#33179 that -H:ThrowMissingRegistrationErrors= causes exceptions related to org.junit.** to be thrown.
