This pull request updates the README.md to remove all references to the deprecated Hyperledger Aries and Indy components. It clarifies that these technologies are now considered legacy and will no longer be supported. The documentation has been refocused to highlight the framework's support for modern identity protocols, specifically OID4VC, SD-JWT, and mdoc.
