Inconsistent dark/Light Theme Across Pages

Description:
There is an inconsistency in the theme application across the website. Most pages are displayed in the light theme by default, but some random pages are appearing in the dark theme without any user interaction to switch between themes. Additionally, the option to switch between light and dark modes is currently available on only one page, while it should be accessible on all pages for a consistent user experience.

Expected Behavior:
All pages should consistently display in the same default theme (light or dark) based on user preference or site settings.
The option to switch between light and dark modes should be available on every page, allowing users to change the theme as needed.

Actual Behavior:
Some pages are randomly displayed in the dark theme by default, while the majority remain in the light theme.
The theme switcher option is only available on one specific page, limiting user control over theme preferences on other pages.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to various pages on the website.
2. Observe the default theme applied to each page.
3. Check for the presence of the theme switcher option on the 'Student Account' page only, and the contrast in theme between the 'about' page and the rest of the pages.

But right now the pages show inconsistent dark and light theme.Most of the pages are available in light theme but the 'about' page is displayed in dark theme This practice doesn't provide a good user experience.
