Bug 1986540: Adds Proxy to provider client http transport #196

This allows the provider client to be able to reach the proxy server, and the openstack endpoints in a disconnected proxy environment.

What is preventing the merge is the lack of a BZ. The byon test is not voting. Is this patch fixing https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1986540 perhaps? |
