MultiFieldConstraint - it is not possible to load incomplete data though it is possible through the screen #291
Description
When there is a multi-field constraint, it is possible to provide incomplete data (say country = France, Region = null) through the screen, but not through the file loading.
In a first step, the correction will be to allow to specify null value in the multi-field constraint. If specifically declared, null value in second field will be allowed
