Update Electron

PG is getting old, so I'm trying to update and also exploring another js tech which helps developers. This PR is not finished but I open this PR since it would be nice to have a place to discuss. Welcome your ideas and advices.

Notice

  • This PR is NOT ready to merge.
  • This PR is created on top of another PR. (first 8 commits)

Nice feature to add?

  • use remote instead of ipc
  • add hot reload
  • use electron-builder instead of electon-packager to generate .dmg and .zip
  • add eslint?
  • add scss?
  • (Typescript...)
