Release 0.7.0

0.7.0 has some pretty significant changes, so I want to make sure I give everyone a chance to try out the latest release candidate before the final release goes out. If you find anything objectionable, please open an issue so we can get it straightened out. My plan is to release a week from today (11/25) if I hear no objections.
