The LiteLLM example uses a retired model (claude-3-5-sonnet-20240620)

Simple fix, use the latest model as of today

Error we get with claude-3-5-sonnet-20240620:

raise NotFoundError( litellm.exceptions.NotFoundError: litellm.NotFoundError: AnthropicException - {"type":"error","error":{"type":"not_found_error","message":"claude-3-5-sonnet-20240620"},"request_id":"req_011CUpoi1RRkjokJ5wyh8hra"}
