Implement "Under construction" component

This will take between 2 to 3 hours to finish. Is it worth it? Do we expect to continue to use this component after the first public release or not? I am unsure.

Maybe we should present an embedded frame from Figma for under construction pages?

Instead of a yes/no answer, let's say the priority can be adjusted by moving this up/down in our project board.

That's a great idea!

For the banner version that we have currently on pages that have reached some implementation, would be nice to have some checkboxes in the banner to indicate what has been completed and what is coming. Not sure how to fit check boxes into the banner nicely.

Not too sure that's worth it. We already have GitHub issues and sub-tasks to track progress on each page. Replicating that into the page itself might not be worth it. We should move toward getting rid of all the banners quickly in place of having implementations of all the pages.

I envisioned the Figma link staying in the banner until the group signed off on the design and content for public release, but the tailwind links being deleted by next week
