* loosely follow remark-slug/github algorithm for generating id's * remove babel config, it was the same as nextjs default * nest postcss config inside of package.json, add postcss-cli, remove deprecated next-css plugin * remove nanocss to reduce dependencies * make node engine version more precise

Printexcmodule:This allow the user to specify a function to handle uncaught exceptions.
