git submodule/worktree watcher incorrect

Description

git watcher for submodules watches the .git file inside the submodule rather than the appropriate .git/modules... directory in the containing repo.

Steps to reproduce

sm.tgz

Modify lib/nvim-tree.lua/lua/nvim-tree.lua

cd lib/nvim-tree.lua
git add lua/nvim-tree.lua

Tree not updated.

Refresh shows correct state.

Modify git.utils.get_toplevel to execute --git-dir --show-toplevel and parse both responses.
