A few tweaks to the Configuration Chapter (currently preview). Previously, there was a focus on using
env.nuto set environment variables like the path, prompt, etc. This update moves those settings intoconfig.nu. Also a few tweaks to items that have been recently changed like usingconst NU_PLUGIN_DIRS.Also updates the Blog entry accordingly, since we'll link to it from the Release Notes.
