0.12 ICU compilation problem on OS/X

I'm having a problem with the compilation of udbgutil.cpp within the node build. Error as follows (log from a small-icu build):

Could you please provide an instructions to reproduce this?

I wasn't able to reproduce this, however srl295/node@e87eebe should work around it. (Doesn't affect the built node binary one way or the other, but part of a branch to further reduce disk footprint.)

@srl295 I'm not really convinced, honestly saying :) We need a way to reproduce it, @sxa555 would you mind sharing clang version that you have and other OS parameters.

Also, if the patch from @srl295 works - probably it is ok to include it...

Almost works, but to get it to work the path needs to have an extra ../ in front of it so it reads:

'../../deps/icu/source/tools/toolutil/udbgutil.cpp',

It's gcc 4.2.1 (works for a normal node build) and clang is
Result: Apple LLVM version 4.2 (clang-425.0.28) (based on LLVM 3.2svn)
OS: Darwin Kernel Version 12.5.0: Sun Sep 29 13:33:47 PDT 2013; root:xnu-2050.48.12~1/RELEASE_X86_64 x86_64

there may be an issue upstream, but a better fix here is probably #define U_HAVE_STD_STRING 0 in the .gyp which will just shut off the (unneeded) std::string code.

I can confirm that also fixes it. Sounds like a better option.
