Problem: The longevity test cronjob was attempting to patch the wrong namespace, resulting in a failure. Solution: Update the namespace.

Problem: The longevity test cronjob was attempting to patch the wrong namespace, resulting in a failure.
Solution: Update the namespace. Also updated the VM version away from a deprecated version.
Testing: Verified that the cronjob works now
