Description
As a contributor for NKG
I want a set of logging guidelines for the different levels and format of log output
So that I can conform to the standards
And so that users of NKG can rely on consistent log output for filtering.
Acceptance
- A document is created that describes the different log levels, format, verbosity, and configuration
- If outliers in how we are logging are found, new issues are created to make them consistent
