Update Non-Functional and Functional Tests for New Architecture

As a maintainer of NGF
I want to update the existing non-functional and functional tests for our new split data and control plane architecture
So that we can continue delivering new features with confidence that the product still works as intended.

Acceptance

• Functional and non-functional tests are updated to pass with the new architecture.

Dev Notes

• Tests need to send traffic to the NGINX pod instead of the NGF control plane pods.
• Any helm value references in the test need to be updated to the new structure.
• Testing for log output needs to be done for all pods deploy or provisioned by NGF.
• Any test that requires dashboards (i.e. Longevity) for a specific pod now gets data from both.
