As a user with an NGINX+ license
I want pre-built images of NGF that include NGINX+ as the data plane
So that I can easily deploy NGF with NGINX+ as my data plane.
Acceptance
- Developers have a method to build a NGINX+ NGF image locally for testing.
- Documentation is added that explains how to build an NGINX+ image for NGF locally.
- The user-agent for the package manager is configured in the docker file to indicate that the image was built by the user.
