Outdated link for Operator in Release Notes

Describe the bug

When opening a Release, there is a "Resources" section at the bottom of the description.
This section contains an "Operator" link that currently points to https://github.com/nginxinc/nginx-ingress-operator/.

Opening this link, the referenced repository's about section says:

WARNING - DEPRECATION NOTICE: The NGINX Ingress Operator has been updated to be a Helm based operator. This repo has been deprecated and will soon be archived - the new NGINX Ingress Operator repo can be found at https://github.com/nginxinc/nginx-ingress-helm-operator.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Release v3.2.1
2. Scroll down
3. Open "Operator" link

Expected behavior

There is no deprecation notice.
An up-to-date repository is opened instead.
