Describe the bug

This is unclear why Oracle Linux 9 is unsupported.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open https://docs.nginx.com/waf/fundamentals/technical-specifications/#supported-operating-systems
2. View output
3. See that Oracle 8 is supported, but Oracle 9 is not supported

Expected behavior

Add Oracle Linux 9 to the list of supported platforms.
