Missing top level deploy/kustomization.yaml file for CICD make targets #16
Description
the .tekton/deploy-to-openshift.yaml expects a toplevel kustomization.yaml under ./deploy direct. The top level is used to include/refer to actual files that hold resource definitions.
The CICD pipeline fails when the file is missing.
