The ability to filter Exit Nodes by typing

This is useful for situations like Mullvad, which has 500+ exit nodes. With this change you can:

• type to search/filter the exit nodes
• use up/down keys to navigate through the filtered results
• press enter or space to select an exit node
• �press esc to exit filter mode and clear the search
