Closes: #6639

  • Removes django-cacheops
  • Configures Django's built-in caching framework to use Redis (via django-redis)
  • Removes the CACHE_TIMEOUT configuration parameter
  • Removes the invalidate management command
  • Removes caching_config support from PluginConfig
  • Removes the cacheops_* Prometheus metrics (previously used for monitoring queryset caching performance)
