feat: Toolbox product usage tracking - events

The second and final part/PR of the Toolbox product usage tracking task.

1st PR: #2248

This PR contains:

• Implementation of all the product usage tracking methods (incl types)
• Using the implemented product usage tracking method at the correct places
• a basic way to calculate the query complexity (for product usage tracking only)
• a rudimentary way to analyze the type definitions (for product usage tracking only); No user data is tracked! Only very high-level metrics of the type definitions

This is based on a spreadsheet containing the product usage tracking event names and properties to track.
