Enhance Assert with Assert.Multiple

Description

• Add Assert.Multiple() function that allows for multiple assertions in a test.
• Add MultipleAssertionException to allow for multiple exceptions to be thrown as one exception.

Motivation and Context

Having the ability to have multiple assertions allows for validating multiple aspects of a single test, without having to fix or bypass one assertion to see other assertion failures.

How Has This Been Tested?

I created a temporary test project inside the nanoFramework.TestFramework repository and verified that tests pass/fail correctly, as there currently is not a test project for the TestFramework.
