We should be using #67 instead.
With that PR, poll_send gets a whole &Transmit and subsumes poll_writable. This allows us to know the whole transmit that we're polling for.
E.g. if we're sending on potentially ipv4 or ipv6, we'll know from the transmit's source IP address, and can poll the correct UDP socket.
