setColPolygonHeight on a non polygon will crash the server

Describe the bug

I accidentally called setColPolygonHeight on a col-circle and the server crashed.

Steps to reproduce

srun col = createColCircle(-1422.9 - 30, 1525.7, 30) setColPolygonHeight(col, -1, 30)

Note that sometimes it doesn't crash, do it a few times and it will, just tried that 3 times in a row and it froze the server instead.

This is actually an issue in the argument parser and affects other functions as well. The argument parser only checks for "is this a colshape element" but not the eColShapeType. As a result the CColCircle is used as a CColPolygon and you're writing the height into some random place in memory...
