Python 3.6 support

What would exactly be needed to support python 3.6 in the MacPython/*-wheels repo's?
I suspect https://github.com/pypa/manylinux should also first have 3.6 builds for the linux case?

Ah yes - sorry - I was in Cuba until today, so didn't get round to this. The manylinux container lacks a maintainer, so it limps along with ad-hoc fixes, and a 3.6 build is not among those fixes yet I'm afraid. The 3.6 OSX build should be trivial, I'll have a look in a second.

I think specifying '3.6.0' in your OSX build matrix should work with that branch.

Great - thanks for feedback. I've updated the master branch, and I've built numpy, scipy, cython for 3.6 so far.
