[Request] VSCode auto import suggestions workaround

Description
Due to that issue VSCode does not support auto import suggestions.

Workaround
As mentioned here If there is a file with imports form module files, VSCode can index and suggest them.
Thus, the workaround is to create a file with empty imports from mtasa-lue-types module.
