- p. 711 - No text in this section outside the example environment
- p. 712, l 33 - 35: mallocs are after line break for no obvious reason (line length would be sufficient to keep it in the line)
- p. 714, l 1: Figure 14.5 should be at the bottom of the page
- p. 714, l 20, 40ff: It the only normative text outside of an example environment in this section. This is kind of weird without introductory text to the example #969
