I loaded the docker image produced by taskcluster and got mercurial 5.2 + robustcheckout.

We should also be able to remove python 2 now

The last time I tried, I was not able to use robustcheckout with Python 3. I'll try again and if it works, I'll do that change (but in 1.1.6, we already have enough for 1.1.5 :D).
