Test failure in report

The test failure is due to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1606861.

The test is downloading cppunit artifacts, and it expects to find two (one for Windows and one for Linux). It only finds the Windows one because of that bug.

We need to fix this before releasing 1.1.4.

I'll use a workaround for the test for the time being, just for the sake of releasing 1.1.4.

The long term fix for this is to stop relying on the prefix.
