Windows VMs with TPM 2.0 Fail to start

Looks like Windows VMs with TPM 2.0 Fail to start with Moosefs on Proxmox tested starting a Windows VM with tpm on moosefs mount received the below error. Moved TPM to local storage and Windows VMs started fine

Solved via Palace harness and tested on Proxmox directly via automation.

Let me verify the VM is running on cubert and then move on to testing Issue #51:
