LGTM. I asked in the FLE channel about the additional CSFLE spec test errors pertaining to deterministic encryption on various BSON types failing on the "latest" server version (that package includes its own version of mongocryptd, hence why we don't see the error on other builds). That's surely unrelated to this PR, though, so you can merge this anyway.
