it looks like this heading doesn't have a similarly nested sibling node. That needs to be fixed either by removing this one or sculpting a sibling node out of the existing text.

Here's another idea: have the h3 (i.e. "Bulk Inserts and Sharding") be a list of possible worklaods and strategies (i.e. "how to cope with monotonically increasing shard keys, how to cope with initial data ingestion, etc.)

And then have all of the strategies and approaches in another location. either the admin guide or in tutorials, or so forth?

there is a C++ lexer for code blocks, just put cpp.
