Deleting some unused files from list of flagged files (some docs in the list were no-ops, either incorrectly flagged or have since had references added in the documentation).
Looks like shortly after the list of flagged files was generated, one of the pages (
network-compression) was created in full. Chris had previously redirected that page to the root since it was empty at the time, so I removed that redirect.PR Reviewing Guidelines
